Global Press release - Firm January 2023

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has announced that Hamburg partner Stefan Feuerriegel, the firm’s head of Germany and a member of Europe, Middle East and Asia management board, has been appointed the firm's global head of real estate.

Stefan succeeded London partner Dan Wagerfield in this leadership position.

In his practice, Stefan advises on real estate investments, real estate project developments, restructurings and asset management associated with real estate. He is recognized by legal rankings publications Chambers, The Legal 500, JUVE and Handelsblatt/Best Lawyers as one of the leading real estate lawyers in the market.

Norton Rose Fulbright Global CEO Gerry Pecht commented: “Many congratulations to Stefan, an outstanding real estate practitioner, on his appointment. He brings to this role extensive leadership experience that will be invaluable in the years ahead at a time of significant market change. I would also like to thank Dan, who will continue as co-head of the EMEA real estate group, for his dedication to the global real estate practice. We are one of the few global law firms with the experience, skill and resources necessary to deliver a high-level of client service to real estate sector participants anywhere in the world.”

Stefan Feuerriegel commented: “I’m excited to take on this global role and I look forward to working with colleagues to support our real estate clients around the world.”

Stefan will continue to oversee the firm’s German practice, which has experienced tremendous growth, most recently with this year's opening of its Düsseldorf office.
